Hi @MarkMorris Your Tv is certainly on the list of supported devices and view Tv on phone definitely an option on my S10 with an MU model. can you try and set up the connection again details: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting//#delete-devices-from-smartthings If still issues you may wish to see if any resets make a difference.
