I'm able to get to the zoom/position screen menu but I can't find anyway to actually change the zoom size. The up/down/left/right keys simply move to another zoom/position option. The vol/channel up/down keys just give a "not available" error. This has to be something simple but I've been searching for months. I don't know the model but it's a relatively new Samsung smart TV connected to dish dvr box.
