Hi all,
I have a UE32D5500 and I cannot get it to recognise any USB drives or HDD.
The USB sticks flash for a few seconds so it is getting power and trying to read it but I get no notification that it's connected.
When I try to select it in the input list the TV says it's not connected.
I've tried both USB ports.
I've tried an 8GB stick, 512Gb stick and 2Tb external HDD, none work.
The sticks are formatted as FAT and exFat, the HDD is NTFS
My software version is 001027 and there is no update available according to the TV.
Also the smart hub has stopped working.
Any ideas?
