I am having the same issue. I have now a 85Q60T and I’m having clouding in dar scenes and when the room is also dark.
I come from a 75MU6179 and did not have any issues like this.
did you contact samsung?

I returned it again and received another. This one is better but far frome perfect. I have trouble with colour banding now also. I contacted Samsung here in Sweden about the clouding issues but the customer service here in Sweden are nonexistent. So bad.

Same! Have a Q80T with issues from day one.. DSE and vertical banding etc.. hopeless. Mailed Samsung and it took about 1,5 months before I got an answer..
"Update and reset TV". Well.. it didnt solve these problems..
Samsung need to fix this or take it back..
