TVMy signal chain is PC to TV, then eARC to Denon 3600H (supports eARC). I would think this should work to get LPCM to the receiver but my PC just has stereo as an option in the sound settings. If I plug straight into the receiver I get the option of 5.1 and 7.1 surround sound, but I need to plug into the TV first for Freesync. My current solution is to run 2 separate connections from my PC, one to the TV for video and one to the receiver for audio. It works just fine, but I feel like I should be able to get the uncompressed audio via eARC through the TV.
Has anyone had any success with this or am I stuck with a phantom monitor for audio?

TVI haven't found one yet. I tried changing the EDID of the TV but unfortunately wasn't able to trick it into passing the LPCM through.

Same problem here with PS4PRO. eARC is suppose to passthrough high bandwidth audio like dolby atmos ect. But it doesn't passthrough LPCM without processing it.

TVTry downloading the Dolby Access app from the Windows store. Select the Home Theatre option and see the option for Atmos surround sound appears in your sound settings now.

TVUnfortunately that didn't work. Were you able to get it to work with this method?

TVLpcm passthrough is broken and Samsung is not recognizing this since at least one year or more. It's affecting 2019-2020-2021 models.
