I have a UN65HU9000 TV with the One Connect. When plugged in the the one connect I get the flashing red power light on the TV with a black screen. I have tried a number of troubleshooting steps. When the TV is unplugged from the one connect, on the screen I get a graphic depicting plugging the tv in to the one connect which would indicate to me that the TV itself is not having any power or display issues.
I have also cleaned the fan in the one connect and I know it is working fine.
Any ideas where the problem might be.
