Software Version: T-KTSUAKUC-1341.2

My Samsung tv is not connecting to the 5 ghz wifi.  It will only populate the 2.4 option.  Other devices in that same room are pulling up the 5.  Any ideas?

II'm pretty sure due to the age its not going to be 5ghz supported. (Not major benefit anyway)

I don't think the age of the TV makes a difference because I have the same year TV and I connect to 5G

Sorry I just took the back of my Samsung  50NU6900

it's a WI-FI/BT Transcelver MODEL:WCP730M card not a dongle
