Recently began having issues with my Samsung UE75TU7020 TV. I have owned it for 17 months.
Sound levels have been inconsistent sometimes things sounding too quiet so having to turn volume up to around 50/60 and still struggling to hear.
That was the start. Since then, another issue has been occuring. The issue happens on all channels and apps (live TV, catch-up apps, HDMI channels). Whenever sound begins to have a slight drum beat/bass then a loud cracking/pop sound occurs.
The sound then spikes and drops, with the crackling getting more frequent and louder until the sound cuts off.
Only way to bring back sound is unplug TV fully, or a Factory Reset(normal sound reset does nothing)
I thought it may have been HDMI cables originally, but swapped them all out and still the issue happens.
