HI, Can you help?
Amaon video stopped working so as i couldn't find how to uninstall the single app I reset the smart hub. Big mistake - now there is nothing on there ( eg. no all4, iplayer, amazon etc)!
I have reset TV settings, agreed to terms and conditions, turned tv off and on again...
But smart hub won't let me download any apps. It just says " this function not available" or when i try to click on icon it tells me that smarthub is downloading. But it has been two hours! The TV is connected to the internet and web browser works...
any suggestions? Husband is going to kill me!
