I have a #UE326100SW TV
When I go to network connection test, it shows that TV is connected to the Internet.
All the network parameters are OK.
From My PC I can PING the device.
If I start Smart HUB and go to ANY of the items (including Samsung APPs) it says that there's no connection to the Internet and ask me to check network connection.
I've updated the firmware (ver. 1004 to 1028) and the problem remains.
Any help would be appreciated.
