TV wireless conflicts on QE32Q50AE

I am trying to install a phonak TV connector to the TV to boost the sound into my hearing aids (wirelessly). but the wireless from my router conflicts with the wireless to my aids. This I know because if I am streaming and turn on the phonak device the streaming just hangs and imediately starts again when the phonak device is turned off. I could change my BT hub which transmits on 2.4Gh and 5 Ghz but I cannot find out whether the TV will receive on other frequencies. Anybody know? I am assuming that I will not be able to change the frequency on the very small phonak connector.

We are having problems with phonak hearingaids bluetooth connection to the TV. It used to work until a few months ago. We think Samsung have done an update that doesn't work with Phonak, but the support desk don't want to help. Maybe the issues are connected?
