I need subtitles on my TV but not for all programs, certainly not on sport like football, they get in the way. I need to turn subtitles on and off regularly. I need a single one step action to turn on subtitles and a single on step action to turn off. I do not want to navigate menus and listen to some awful voice telling me and every other person watching what I’m doing. A single subtitle on/off button on the remote would be ideal, just like I had on my previous Sony TV. Why can’t Samsung provide such a simple useful facility for us hard of hearing customers.
