@Mattpainter: I'm sorry to hear that you have encountered this issue. At this stage, please confirm the model number of the TV, located on the sticker on the back of the device, or in Settings > Support > About This TV. In the meantime, please check if the line is visible on all channels and sources. Also, power off the TV, unplug it at the wall for 30 seconds, then plug it back in and power back on using the remote to see if this helps.
