I've had my new Samsung TV for almost a week, I dont quite know how to work all of the functions but I was content with what I had until now. As I sit here typing this my frustration and anger are growing as the screen continues to switch between the channel for my dvd/blu-ray player and a black screen with a spinning loading circle that has prevented me from watching anything since I came home, I checked the cable and even reconnected it but nothing chsnged, i tried a different hdmi port but it started all over again. I have no explanation as to what it is doing or why I'm very tired and it is too late in the evening to get support to look into it, m not good at figuring this thing out, I just want to watch my shows but I can't understand what is happening.
