Hi all, sorry for the odd description I couldn't think what to write. As you can see in the image above our tv has this separate image to the left. Only seems to happen when a video is playing. This is Netflix where the picture displays correctly until you press play. This is run from the Smart Hub but is happening with our satellite box as well as other apps.
I've tried a picture test (all good) as well as resetting the tv and the smart hub. I've also tried different picture sizes and updates but no joy. Has anyone had a similar issue?
