Got a QE55Q700TATXXU just over 12 months ago, I now have sound but a blank screen and it turns off and in repeatedly - I don’t want to lose £1499 !!! On the SmartThings app it just appears offline all the time, and the remote doesn’t allow me to get to the menu etc

Hi @J92 Can you try a soft Reset by holding the power on the Smart Remote for around 5 seconds until the Samsung logo appears. does this make any difference?
If not I suggest you power off the Tv and unplug at the wall for 30 seconds before trying again, see if that provides a solution. If still no joy if issue with external connections have you tried different ports ,you may need to try different HDMI cables somewhere down the line if there is an issue there.

Did you get this fixed in the end?
I've got the same problem - but mine was under warranty and they replaced the whole screen - wondering if this was cos they just couldn't be bothered , a real issue with a board
