The Frame switches off when in art mode

I’ve just purchased a frame 32 and after switched to art mode switches off after a short time. I purchased a frame so picture was always displayed. Not much use as a picture! Any suggestions on how to resolve or do I need to send back

Have you got auto off after a specified time in settings? eco mode on?

Have you tried turning the auto off?
I don't think the 32" has the sensor like the other sizes in range so that doesn't explain the switching off.

Have you messaged samsung?
I have the same tv and haven't noticed it switching off, however I don't leave it on art mode long tbh.

If I turn the Night mode off the art mode stays on. Personally I think there is a problem with the light sensor. Does anyone know a way of testing it?

I have the same problem with 2 frames with the size 32. I have 2 bigger frames that has no problem.
I disable night mode and all eco settings but no result. Can Samsung please test this to solve the problem?
