Hi.
I got a Fram Pro 65'', installed yesterday, replacing my old 55''. I have resized 25 of my own pictures to 3840x2160 and uploaded them to the TV through SmartThings. I have resized the pictures as I don't want any passepartout, but that does not seem to have done the trick. On 24 pictures I only have 2 mounting options, and only on 1 picture I got the option to remove the passepartout. I have double checked the sizes of every picture. Does anyone know a workaround to Samsung's horrible art management functionalities?
