T32E310EX Firmware 1014

I have two samsung T32E310EX monitors. One software is 1006 and the other is 1014. Where can I download 1014 software to another monitor as well?
Tv does not find any updates, it says 1006 is newest.

1014 may have been withdrawn but check the Samsung Support website for downloads. You'll need a USB stick handy

@Jones_Sams: Where abouts are you based, and where did you purchase the monitors from? I have had a look into this, and the latest available firmware on our website is version 1003.0.

Hi. I purchase both monitors in Finland. Both were used. Is it possible, that firmwares is installed OTA, on the air?
