Software update using Mac OS

I would like to add the Firmware Update version 1560 to my JU6700 TV, however, the upgrade is only if you have a PC and I have a Mac...is there another way that I can add this to flash drive from the Mac to update the firmware for my tv?

hello

a Windows or Mac is not necessary 

just simply extract the .zip file to your USB drive,

then plug the USB  drive to your TV

Thank you...but when I click on the link, it downloads to the Mac but there is no extract function on the Mac ....I can only copy or move the file to the USB drive
