My smart voice remote for my UE43NU7400 will only change channels with numbers not the name,any one else had this problem

The Voice control will only change the channels by number rather than the name, this isn't a fault with the TV or the remote.
Say "hello!" and Introduce Yourself, or virtually hangout in the Samsung Lounge

It was changing with the name ( ie "bbc1") but has now stopped and will only change with the channel number ("110")
