I own a Samsung QE65S85DAEXXH. I am having problems with switching programs up and down after the recent Tizen update to version 2111. I can only change programs in range one up or one down, eg 6->7 and 7->6. Other than that the up/down arrows are not responsive.
It drives me crazy to select each time a numeric panel pop up (in top left part of the remote control) and look for the desired channel.
Volume control operates as before the Tizen firmware upgrade.
Is there any way to fix it and be able to switch programs 1by1 ?

Hi all,
If you're experiencing this issue can you share:
That should help with understanding the context and exact software build this is happening on so it can be replicated on the developers' side and a fix produced.

That’s great to hear that we can fix it.

I'm having the same problem. After the update the TV started to slow down and skip channels. It only temporarily resolved itself by rebooting and unplugging the device. The problem recurred after 1-2 days.

Please prioritise the fix, add Jira item and keep it rolling.
After a few weeks of interaction I can agree with others that the UI is much less responsive than before the update.
I keep my fingers crossed.

Same problem for me. Changing channel using the channel button on the remote is very sluggish. Long delay before the channel changes. When it does eventually change, the channel number shown on the right of the screen shows the previous channel number, not the current channel. Connected to a satellite dish using freeview in the UK. Checked that the satellite cables are inserted correctly.
This issue has only started happening since updating to Tizen v2111. Please fix.

Cheers guys! I've flagged this to my TV/AV Tech colleagues. I'll share any news I get from that.

We can try out the fixed version remotely with my TV if possible.
