Smart tv UE50NU7475 had problems with codecs and don't read .avi files

Hi, i have a problem to reproduce de .avi files from an exgternal disk drive on my tv.

Anybody with this problem?

For your TV here is the list of compatible Codecs by respecting some standards:

Il suffit juste de convertir la vidéo avec le bon codec .
