I have a UE65KU6075XXE UHD smart TV from Samsung (a 2016 model). I've had it since 2017 and have never experienced any problems until now. Ever since May of this year, the sound has started cutting almost exactly 30 minutes after I turn the TV on. It's gone for some seconds, before returning, before it disappears again, and it just keeps going on. I have to turn it off and on again to fix it, but after another 30 minutes the problem is back. It only affects apps (Netflix, Spotify, streaming from my computer), not direct TV. The audio comes straight from the TV, no soundbar involved. Does anyone have the slightest idea of what could be going on here?

I'm having this exact same problem - if I'm watching any streaming channel including the Samsung TV Plus app channels, after 30 minutes or so, the sound cuts out and the only way to get it back is to either change the channel or turn it off and back on again. Was your issue ever fixed - whatever happened?
