Smart tv search bar not showing subscription results

Hi guys recently when I go to search something on my smart tv it's only showing apple results which I don't have a subscription and prime and not Netflix Disney ect. any Ideas on why it's suddenly changed.. I've updated my tv ect and I can't find any information online either, any suggestions will be greatly appreciated

What model TV do you have, @Members_JJNIUkQ ? Were you able to view other searches before?

Hi its the qe80 tv I spoke to support last night and they didn't really give me much help as just said basically it's not possible on my tv even though its a 21/22 model I believe.

Hi also I believe I did I sometimes get channel 4 app and prime and YouTube, I've checked all the setting even the parental lock one and my tv is up to date
