I have tried every way to reset the tv in any order I could think of, left it on to give it time to "warm up", as that was my orginal fix. Got up to waiting over an hour for connection to be had and then, it just disconnected and hasn't since. I have left it unplugged for 30 minutes, just to be sure, power cycled it, reset the network, reset smart hub, reset the tv, tried the dns 8888-1111-1001, tried my Hotspot, it showed up but wouldn't connect, tried again with power cycle, still nothing. I have been patient enough with my smart TV, it's driving me crazy, it just suddenly started happening and then it got worse. If anyone has any other ideas or ways to finagle this thing please let me know, it would be greatly appreciated.
-wps won't work, wifi works with all other devices as well as hotspot, I did not move places or my tv, ethernet is not a viable option for me.
*I have been trying for over two weeks to get it to work.*

That’s crazy because mines is doing the same exact thing went out , out of no where yesterday!!! I’ve tried everything and all my other devices work and I have two TVs that are the same one is working fine and this one is not trying to connect at all!

Just finished talking to support and they were NO help at all, I thought I'd give it a try because of your kind suggestion but it was a dead end.

I am having the same problem with my tv, taken the tv to my mums house yesterday & connected to her Wi-Fi no problem. My broadband supplier is Vodafone. Spent hours on to their support, but still can’t connect.
Did you get yours sorted?
