Smart remote voice control not working in youtube

Hello

 I have am TV  55KU6472 model. About 2 days ago I`ve made an update on software, but since then the voice control doesn`t work on youtube.

 the tv`s software recognize the words I say but  on youtube it keeps saying that he didn`t find anything related to what I`ve searched.

 For example I say on voice commad 4k videos, youtube says that he didn`t find anything. 

 Any help pls ?

It has worked in the past, but not now.   Must have!

Netflix and other apps with vocal search commands works fine.

Apple says problem is with the TV

Hi @RahulK-49KS8500  Have you taken it back up with Samsung support and have you had remote assistance, you seem to have tried the various recommendations?

For others  general advice is  to  ensure you have latest update, try unplugging TV   for a  minute and holding down the curved arrow button and the color dot button simultaneously until the red light stops blinking  before  resetting Smart Hub/doing factory reset if necessary.

My remote does not work.  It gives a message when you use the voice message that 

“sorry but I can’t set that mode”

We have this issue with our Samsung tv remote.. voice search does not work for youtube anymore, just goes to the bixby tv choices. What can we do? Just started happening after a year.

We have the UN49NU8000F

Re- installed youtube app, re set everything

Still does not work

Me too. 

Samsung NU8000 55' can't use voice control for youtube anymore but voice commands do work outside the youtube app. Only when trying to search trough youtube it won't work. I press the mic button, it goes into listening mode for a second and then tells me to try another method. Anyone knows a solution? It's 2020, this thread started in 2017 so I have little hope.

Few days later, after we unplugged, re started and uninstalled/re installed youtube app it randomly started working again.

Basically it WAS just going to Bixby, and the computer screen instead of the youtube app when you say "subject,, on youtube"

Now it seems to be working

Try wording.. our bedroom tv you say "subject,,  on youtube"

In living room.. same tv but 65 in

We say "youtube,, then subject"

Hope it fixes for you

Same issue TV 55 KS9000. After reset Voice search from remote control doesnt work in Youtube and browser,  only search text in separate search screen.

Can somebody say, was any solution found?

I have the same issue with my Samsung Q80T TV. Voice command works for Bisby but voice search doesn't work on Youtube TV. Any recommended solutions, besides resetting the remote and the TV?
