Hi Guys,

Is there anyway to totally disable the notification Smart Device "you must give permission to connect...." and automatically denied all request? I leave in a condo with a shared wifi and this always pos-up. I been trying to denied all that request for a month now and yet still many are trying to connect.

Hi

Samsung- Im not seeing in what sense this is “solved”. As I understand this is typically down to Facebook or other devices trying to connect. Why can’t the Samsung software just have a switch like “hide connection request pop ups”? Anyway this is 2023 and all the TVs in our holiday complex show these pop ups all the time. I assume it’s something to do with lots of accommodations all being on the same network?

I had to unpair the device from my Samsung monitor. It was constantly connecting via Bluetooth. Once I unpaired them and told the system to forget about that device, all is well. No more notifications.

I did this several times +...it  stays on "First Time Only".  It will NOT, Turn On or Turn Off.  It jumps back to "First Time Only".  This just started doing this for the last couple of weeks.  IDK why it won't let me change it.  Help, it very annoying that it keeps popping up.

Thanks.

I fixed this issue with a simple trick. Buy a cheap wifi repeater off amazon. Set it up and connect your TV to the repeater not to the regular wifi. This will fix it. Good luck!
