Hey there and welcome to the Samsung UK and EU Community Forum

Would you not be better reaching out to Netflix?

Are any other services affected?
I am not employed by Samsung nor do I receive any remuneration as a Samsung Members Star.

My device is an S25 Ultra.

Hi @Faiaan Welcome to the Samsung Community 😀

If the only problem is with Netflix ensure your TV  and Netfix have  latest  updates (Apps hough may be set to Auto Update.

An idea to Reboot both the router and  Tv simultaneously and reconnect in 30 seconds. If still issue try reinstalling Netfix. Could also try a Factory Reset.

If more general issue could also try changing the DNS Setting from Automatic to Manual.  Go to  Network-Network Settings-IP Settings-DNS Settings-change from Automatic to Enter Manually. Enter 8.8.8.8   or 8.8.4.4   (google servers)  An alternative one is  Open DNS which is  208.67.20.20 or 208.67.22.22     some information here https://www.techradar.com/news/best-dns-server

However may need to Contact either Netfix or Samsung if not resolved.

I do not work for Samsung or make Samsung Products but provide independent advice and valuable contributions.
