saying serial number is invalid when I try to register for my warranty

Hi I have a Q6F TV and I’m trying to register for the 10 year screen warranty but it says my serial number is invalid. I have put the number provided on the back of the tv but still no use. Any solutions?

Reached out to support, who advised to use Samsung Members App to register and interestingly it worked. Website registration has some issues it seems.

Such a pathetic services and the products being sold online. shame on to samsung. once the brand name established - they are selling all sort of ***** products. got the tablet 10 days back - now it has stopped working & no way I could register the product to claim the warranty. its saying invalid serial number - online chat - choose the option nothing happens.

We're sorry to hear you're having issues with your tablet, @Mariswamy Puttaswamy. The standard warranty activates at the point of purchase, no need to register it.
