My TV is 3 years old and all the HDMI’s not working. I believe it’s the connect one. I’ve tried everything from factory reset to unplugging all devices and reconnecting but no luck. I too am a very long time customer of Samsung and this seems to be a big problem. The one connect is about 200.00. And they also want to send a tech out to look at the tv. My problem is after a tech comes out and if I have to buy a new one connect; I might as well go buy a new tv.
