Tv updated to firmware 1400, there is no update 1400 on the website. Samsung TV app was hacked and it wouldn't work before I did a reset. All my apps disappeared from the home page and the TV was in a loop searching for software updates before I did the reset. It still searching for updates even though it's turned off when I turn on the TV. About 6 of my apps either won't work or quit working all together, they are Spectrum TV ( acts crazy it skips and loops on repeate after 30 min) xumo just don't open( I have deleted and re download it not functioning) , Newsmax tv suck on loading screen says something is wrong, RSBN won't open, Netflix logs in and stops, paramount plus won't let me log in. I have the firmware from Samsung website for my tv model on a USB drive and it won't even check the drive for firmware. I had booked a tech support yesterday and my issue was not resolved.
