We have a Samsung Frame TV. When powered on it displays a red triangle with an exclamation mark above an image of the One Connect box. I've tried using a brand new One Connect cable and tried using a different One Connect box, but we still get this error message. I tried calling Samsung support, but their only recommendation is to have a local technician out, but we're out of warranty so I don't know if it is worth going doing the repair route given we can buy a new (non-Samsung Frame) TV for likely the same cost as repair (if it can be repaired.)

Hello, same problem here. Try to disconnect all the cables for 30 minutes, it worked for us. We got that advice from Samsung support.

I had to leave it unplugged overnight then it restarted but does this error when I try to use the HDMI port with my Firestick attached.
