Does anyone know how I can get the Samsung TV Plus app to work? I got the TV at the start of the year and it has never worked as it should the TV is a QN90C NEO QLED. 

Any ideas on how to fix it would be great.

I can open it and scroll around the app ok, So it doesn't do anything unusual when I open it. The main issue is when I go to watch a live channel or on-demand content it will start loading and then get stuck until it crashes.

Just a little bit more info: over the last few months I have tried, full reset, replugging it, Clearing the cache and Setting the DNS to 8.8.8.8

And so far no luck.

Might be a support thing then, I don't have any ideas on this one! You tried the steps I would have used. It's not the best app, but the least it could do is work!
