Hi we keep losing the HD channels on our UE49RU7300KXXU this happens virtually every week, there is a Humax Aura box connect also which does not lose any channel I have also replaced all the coaxial cables but the issues still persist every 5- 10 days. Any help would be appreciate.

we also have a 48” Samsung off the aerial which does not give any problems

Hi,
If your Samsung TV keeps losing HD channels, the most likely cause is a poor signal strength, which can be addressed by checking your antenna connection, adjusting its position, or even performing a channel rescan on your TV to retune to the available channels; you can also check your TV settings for any automatic retune options that might be causing issues

If your Samsung TV isn't storing channels, it could be because the TV is set to "Retail Mode" which automatically resets settings after a short period, preventing channel saving; check your settings to ensure it's set to "Home Mode" instead, and double-check that you're selecting the option to save channels during the channel scan process.
