Samsung TV echoing

Hi I was wondering if somebody can help, I've bought a 2024 75” QN900D Flagship Neo QLED 8K HDR Smart TV and installed it in my media wall. However it seems to really echo. I was wondering how I can go about getting rid of this?

Try adjusting the equalizer settings or turning off any sound enhancement features that may be causing the echo effect. You can also try resetting the TV to its default factory settings, which can often resolve any software glitches or conflicts that may be causing the problem

I've had a look at the equaliser and it's not been adjusted. I tried changing between standard and amplified sound to see if it would make a difference but even on standard it was echoing but just quieter in general. I will try a factory reset and see if that works in case it didn't set itself up properly, thanks for your help
