Hi we have a Samsung smart TV approx 5 years old. We've got pin locks on apps etc but cannot seem to reset or use the parental lock function on the Web browser. I've searched everywhere and come up with nothing.
We've even tried changing accounts / doing factory reset but still no luck
Just to reiterate this is just for the Web browser and not for apps / pin lock.
