I have two Samsung The Frame TVs, both on the same WiFi. The 43" model year 2022 sees my Synology NAS and the 55" model ropk 2024 does not see it. What is the problem?
I have updated everything I could.

Yes, I installed a media server on the Synology.

Synology works perfectly on my Macs, as well as on iOS and Android devices. It also works on a 43" The Frame 2022. Only Thje Frame 2024 doesn't see it, even though it's connected to the same network.

I had the same problem and bumbled into a solution. On the Home Screen, there are tabs “For You”, “Live” and “Apps” at the top center. Clicking on the “Apps” tab should, one would think, be the path to finding DS Video. It is not. Instead, look to the left border, and there a vertical stack of icons, with the search button (a magnifying glass icon) at the top. Click that and search for “ds video” and a bunch of YouTube links pop up, but on the far left should be the DS Video app box. Click on that and it loads, and you put in your password to Synology server etc. Worked for me, but Samsung could have made this a lot more intuitive!

My point is that the Samsung Frame 2022 Synology can see even without the DS Video app, including photos and music. Samsung Frame 2024 can't do that.

The solution is to remove the special character from the TV name in settings. Instead of the TV name being 55" The Frame, change it to 55 The Frame. After a few minutes the Synology NAS appeared under connected devices.

Thank you I am trying for two weeks to find out what the problem was and it was just that 55” to 55. Now the hole family is watching . Only the speed left so not having disconnections while playing . Thank you again .
