Samsung Serif TV missing almost all apps

I bought Samsung Serif 32 UE32LS001DUXXE.

It seems to have a custom UI based on Tizen. Problem is it lacks most apps, like Spotify, Eurosport Player, Twitch, Afreeca etc etc. Basically all apps I need are not avilable on Serif.

My other Samsung TV with regular Tizen have all apps, but the standard UI.

It seems rather weird if it is the custom UI itself that caused no apps to be supported just because the small amount of customers using this special UI.

Spotify app was even used in the commercial for the Serif, but it is not available.

Is there any fix to this? Or any other user who have bought Serif who found a solution? Why are so few apps available, and why does the apps keeps dissapearing?

I also want to extend a warning to anyone who is thinking of getting a Serif.

Same here,

Bought a Serif TV this past weekend, lured by the rather striking design. I'm seriously considering the possibility of returning it due to the absence of pretty much all the useful apps.

I had to watch "The Man in the High Cadtle" on my PC, since the Amazon Prime Video app is not available for the Serif. 

Deeply frustrating.
