Hi, I purchased a Samsung RU7470 UHD 65 inch TV couple of days back. I found this TV cant manage dark seans at all. Whatever the content is SD or HD or UHD, dark seans are realy dark & I cant see even faces or soroundings clearly. I have tried to see different content on Netflix or by using HDMI or USB sticks & problem remain same. I have checked those contents on my 6 year old Samsung H6400 & the result is much better.
I tried to increase the back light & brightness, change the color setting to Move but nothing improves the picture quality.
Please suggest how I manage this which is a huge disapointment! Thanks.
