My tv has just switched off and wont power on. Tried a different cable and different socket etc. When buying the Neo Qled in August 2021, it came with a promotional 5 year warranty ( 4 extra years plus the normal 1 year ) if i registered the tv. Having now gone into my account, to book a repair, it says the warranty expired in 2022 ( 1 year ), and there is nothing about the extra 4 years promo.Anyone help or got advice?
