I have a 2022 or 2023 (less than 2yo) 65” Frame TV running software version 1640 (newest according to update page). The white solar powered remote has been acting crazy for months. We thought it may be due to solar power running low but we tried everything, resetting, pairing, charging with usb cable etc. Still acting crazy. In search keyboard if I want to shift one letter to left or right it clicks all the way to the end. In movie/tv shows selection panes if I want to scroll one at a time to the left or right it scrolls 5-6 or even all the way to the end.
Is this a know issue? Any remedies, replacement options?
