I purchased a television from Samsung in June 2021 for the price of £1199. In September 2023, the screen and motherboard malfunctioned. The issue was resolved under warranty. However, in September 2024, the screen and motherboard malfunctioned again, this time resulting in a complete loss of display.
Despite reaching out to Samsung and the repair team, they have declined to assume any responsibility or offer a goodwill gesture for what appears to be a manufacturing defect. Instead, I am being asked to pay £600 for the repair.
I believe that Samsung's refusal to address this issue is unfair and unlawful. I am requesting that Samsung take immediate action to resolve this matter, or I will be forced to pursue legal action.
