Hi jibin.

Have you tried contacting Samsung support to see whether they can help with your issue??

Please make sure that you select the correct Register option, @jibin. Go to the below link and select the Register option under the section 'Purchased a qualifying product from other selected retailers?'.

The five year warranty is provided by Samsung as far as I know.. It doesn't matter who you bought it from. It's worth going on samsung website and register it and it will check it for you..

Few slightly incorrect comments, I'll post the link below to register. If via amazon its only 12 months (that TV is only 12 most places such as Samsung directly) some retailers such as Currys and JLP do a 5 year but the warranty is with them rather than Samsung, if its purchased via Samsung some TV have a 5 year but need to register. Its very rare Amazon is a promotional retailer especially on TVs.

Link below you can choose bought from Samsung or 3rd party retailer. I've checked no Amazon
