When I use my Samsung television #remote control I cannot push the directional pad and center select button without it mis-clicking to another/wrong selection or app etc...The up, down, left, right buttons seem to be cheaply designed or flawed. Has anyone experienced this issue with their remote? Does anyone have a solution to this without having to order a new one of the same product?
