Register

Just purchased a UE 32T5300CE television. I have tried to register. It does not accept the serial number. It says not valid. It is 15 digits long. The one on the box ends with 635 but the one on TV ends with 635k..any ideas please or is there a phone number?

Hi @Mah   Have you tried registering via the Tv Menu directly , Home-Samsung Account-Tv registration where you do not have to input the serial number manually.  There is also the option to  scan the QR code with your Mobile and register on Samsung Members.  More information here https://www.samsung.com/ie/support/tv-audio-video/how-to-register-your-samsung-tv/
