The message started coming up a few days ago.  Sometimes it appears at random, sometimes when I press a key, (any key) and we have never tried to record on this tv.  The message stops normal functions when it is on the screen and sometimes normal functions like power off do not work even when the message is not on screen.  I have tried a brand new remote nd that has made no difference.  How can I solve this problem?

I have got the same problem nearly 2 years on and no answers from Samsung ?

If you press any button on the remote it stops transmitting, the only button does not is the record button,, its a remote fault imo Samsung should recall those affected,

My father is on his second remote now the fault has reappeared after a year...

SAMSSUNG, FIX IT!

Hurrah. I've worked out that it's not the TV itself, but with the remote. I removed batteries, used another remote and the issue resolved. Lots of trial and error but A new remote control is the answer!
