I have connected my new QN90B up, but it is not detecting Virgin v6 Box. The picture shows but it just picks it up as an unknown source. When I first connected the box it picked it up as a sky box but is now just unknown source. I am also unable to connect the smart remote as it won't change channel up/down in the setup. When I type the model number of my v6 box it picks up the model number but doesn't do anything.
Any help is much appreciated.
