QN90b 2022 getting slow and soft reset not working anymore

Hi,

Every month it getting slower and i have to hard reset it to back to normal speed again. Previously it was possible to soft reset it using remote controller but soft reset woth pressing power button not working anymore.

I would really appreciate it if you can provide me more information to fix it.

Yes 

Holding the Power button for 3 seconds or longer does nothing since the latest software update.

So fix it 

It used to. And since there's constantly issues where a soft reset would fix it it's unacceptable.

Stop ruining things with updates that did nothing but make soft resetting via a power button not an option anymore.
