My Q90T was automatically updated to firmware above two days ago- it no longer looks HD. The picture quality has since deteriorated significantly - there are visible blocky pixels & blurrynesss. Before this I was receiving a nice punchy/sharp image via cable provider. Having done a quick search online, this is a widespread issue.
What exactly is Samsung playing at?! Is there any way of reverting back to the previous firmware? We have paid premium price for a flagship TV. This is not acceptable.
